How long does it take for my order to ship?

When you place an order, we need to process it first. The processing typically takes 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If for any reason the processing time exceeds this, we'll send you an update via email. After processing, shipping within the United States typically takes 10-14 business days. Total delivery time approximately 17-24 working days from order date. For more details on the expected shipping time, please contact us if you have any questions about our shipping policy.

Change/modify the order (color, item, address, etc.)

Yes, you can make changes to your order. You can modify the size or color of an item, remove an item, or update your shipping address. Please contact us via Live Chat to request any changes.
Please note that changes can only be made before your order is shipped. Once the package is shipped, we are unable to modify the order.

Why didn’t I get an email about my order delivery?

After placing your order, we may need 7–10 business days to prepare it, which is our processing time to ensure everything is accurate. Please note that this processing time does not include the shipping time.
You will receive an email notification after your order is shipped or if there are any delays. Make sure you’re checking the correct email inbox, and don’t forget to look in your spam folder as well.
If you haven’t received an email within fifteen days of placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via Live Chat or Email.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives with any damage, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

What are your shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to enjoy this service.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. All domestic orders include free shipping, with no additional delivery fees.

Can I track my order online?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. Within 1-2 business days, after the order is successfully dispatched, we will provide the tracking number of your order by sending an email to the registered email address.
