Warranty Coverage:
We provide warranty coverage exclusively for wooden products, including but not limited to wooden tables, chairs, cabinets, and other wooden furniture items. Products must be used and maintained according to the guidelines provided by Geno Furniture.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., direct sunlight, high humidity, or excessive heat).

  • Damage caused by external factors like impact, falling, or the use of harsh cleaning chemicals.

  • Any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations by parties other than Geno Furniture.
