Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

You may return the item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition and have all tags attached. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@genofurniture.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to download and print. Return shipping costs for defective, damaged or incorrect items are covered by us. For returns due to customer error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items that are incorrect, damaged, not as described or if you need a different size or color (excluding sale and custom items). To request an exchange, contact us to receive a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Partial refunds may apply for items that are used or not in their original condition.
